Hockey club looking for more players

The Kingston/Lucindale hockey club (Rangers) are looking for players from all grades, no experience needed, to join them for the 2017 season.

The under 13s and under 16s play in a mixed team competition and there is also an under 9’s group which consists of players from between five and nine years of age.

Hockey sticks are supplied for the little players.

The training sessions are starting Thursday 18th May and are being held at the Lucindale Area School, 3.30/4pm start and around 5pm finish. Training's are open to all ages.

Club president Sharon Clothier said if any seniors can get there for support that would be wonderful.

Games are played most weekends at Naracoorte, with a couple of games played at Edenhope and Furner throughout the season.

The uniform is club playing shirt, which the club will supply and also navy shorts or skirt, red and blue hoop socks (footy socks), shoes to suit artificial turf and grass field, hockey stick, shin guards and mouth guard
