Robe Football Club to help farmers

The Robe Football Club will be getting involved with the “Parma4afarmer” campaign.

The “Buy a Bale” initiative will benefit by $5 every time any schnitzel is sold at the club, not just the parmies.

Robe Football Club president John “Action” Fenton and his committee came up with the idea, deciding to help out struggling farmers who have been hit by the drought for the rest of the season.

The club will run the promotion every Thursday night after trainings and on any game days played in Robe on Saturdays.

Jordie Alexander designed a poster, with plans to put them up around town, spreading the message of the cause the RFC is backing.
