The Limestone Coast, or South East, is home to some of the state's best beaches, most beautiful natural wonders and delicious food and wine.

A three-and-a-half hour drive from Adelaide will place you in the heart of the South East.

Visit the seaside town of Robe to taste some spectacular seafood, shop at luxurious boutiques, relax at sandy Long Beach, or stroll along the Obelisk Coastal Trail.

While your here, visit Larry the Lobster in Kingston then meander your way to Naracoorte to see the famous World Heritage Listed Naracoorte Caves and Bool Lagoon.

Just a short drive down the road, the wineries of the Coonawarra await. Boasting limestone-rich terrarossa soil, the region produces some of the world's best shiraz and cabernet sauvignon.

With more than 24 cellar doors and wineries, the Coonawarra is the perfect spot to sip and nibble your way through a lazy afternoon.

On the way home, don't forget to check out Coorong National Park, Padthaway Wine Region and the stunning landscapes of the Upper South East.

In Keith, Mundulla and Bordertown you'll find plenty to see including the famous colony of white kangaroos, Walkway Gallery and the natural wonders of Poocher Swamp and Scown's Runaway Hole.
