District Council of Robe are inviting residents to share their thoughts on issues affecting the area, holding some Have Your Say Days this month.
All community members are invited to attend one of the sessions and chat Mayor Alison Nunan and Chief Executive Officer, James Holyman on May 25 and 26.
Ms Nunan encouraged anyone with any concerns to come to a session and ask questions
"The idea behind this is that there is a lot of things going on around our region like the budget, the rate review and a lot of talk going on about many, many things, and I think it's best to provide an opportunity for people to come and ask questions," she said.
"If they have heard things or have any concerns or don't understand something in the budget, whatever it is, they can come for five minutes, walk in, and get the answer rather than be stressing about misinformation or not understanding.
"At the moment, we are going through a lot of change and the council is working really hard to drive a few things forward.
"Change is hard and its possible people don't understand why we are doing what we are doing sometimes, or the processes, so it's just about telling people that if you have a question, come and ask.
"It is super important that if people are going to pass comment on things in the broader community, that the information that they have is accurate."
On Tuesday May 25, there will be four sessions - They will be at the Council Chambers from 9am to 11am, Adventurous Spoon from 12pm to 2pm, Mahalia Coffee from 2.30pm to 4pm and the Council Chambers from 5pm to 7pm.
Bookings are not required, just turn up.
On Wednesday May 26, appointments are available in person or via Zoom, but must be booked.
